Although we do our very best to deliver every order directly to the person receiving it, sometimes it is just not possible. The person may not be at the premises we are delivering to, in which case we will leave it with someone at the premises, In the event nobody is at the premises, we will leave the delivery in the safest place possible, we will call the person ordering and advise of this situation.
Although we carry a large range of balloons and balloon designs in stock, from time to time we may be out of stock of a particular design, if you choose that design and it is out of stock, we will choose a design as close as possible to the design you have chosen and keep the theme of the remaining chosen items the same.
In the event we need to re-deliver to a different address or to the same address, in the event we cannot leave the order there, there will be a re-delivery fee to send the driver on that re-delivery.
We always do our best to deliver within the timeframe you have chosen, sometimes circumstances outside of our control prevent this from happening, traffic, accidents and other unforeseen events may result in a delivery being delayed. We will do our best to contact you to advise you of this situation.
Our goal is to exceed expectations wherever possible, we hand deliver every delivery, we do not use couriers, but we are human, sometimes things go wrong and we appreciate your understanding.
