When the box is opened, 3 x 45cm helium filled foil balloons plus 1 x large 50cm round Orb helium filled balloon float out of the box and are weighted. We also add 12 mini helium balloons that float up for effect ( not in hospitals & these only float for about 3 hours, they are for effect ).  The box has Lights and the large orb has l.e.d lights and everything is personally delivered to any home, workplace, Restaurant or hospital, day or night, anywhere in Brisbane, Ipswich or the Gold Coast.
